These experiences and the resulting publications led me to co-found a medical device start-up based on our research in Nepal and Peru. As a co-creator of the BioSherpa™ Specimen Transport System (STS), I led the product design of the physical component of the STS, from concept through CAD modeling, prototyping, and 3D printing production, contributing to BioSherpa’s receipt of a patent. I Work With Autodesk Fusion360,Inventor,Solidworks,Ansys,Catia For Designing 3D models , Render,Test,Analyze the Product and Implement Mathematical Models to help understanding the Designing and Construction with MatLab and Python. I’ve worked in three major industrial companies, Made a lot of Projects Such as Robots, CNC machines, and industrial equipment. For example, I have designed mechanical models and implementation stages of production for many Pressing, Molding, Forming, Fixtures & Jaw, Lathes, Drillers, and Milling Machines. I can design 2D and 3D products as your requirements, production ideas, plastic mold design and modeling, reverse engineering, research and development, prototyping and also help you to produce products from raw material to finish product. I have good knowledge in materials such as carbon steels, stainless steels and alloys. I also love to work on multi component assemblies and instruments. I use AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS, DELCAM software for designing, programming and manufacturing and KEYSHOT for rendering.
